In this hour an a half course local writer, publicist and social media advocate Melissa Balmer will share with us how we can harness the powerful use of social media to better engage our customers, our potential customers, and the media in our product, brand, and services for greater levels of success and ROI.
This class is specifically designed for the "Belmont Shore Business Association," those local businesses and area events, but others are welcome!

This is a low tech class. You do not need your laptop. Each participant will receive a detailed hand-out explaining what we cover in the class complete with examples, social media tools to try, and suggested reading both on and offline.
