In this hour an a half course local writer, publicist and social media advocate Melissa Balmer will share with us how we can harness the powerful use of social media and public relations to better engage our customers, our potential customers, and the media in our product, brand, and services for greater levels of success and ROI.
This class is specifically designed for the "4th Street Long Beach" business association and those local businesses but others are very welcome!

This is a low tech class. You do not need your laptop. Each participant will receive a detailed hand-out detailing what we cover in the class complete with examples, social media tools to try, and suggested reading both on and offline.
